Spicy Shrimp and Scallop Seviche

    Easy to do, great taste & good presentation. Taste actually held up well refrigerated for almost a day. I've tried several seviche recipes and this one worked best for me.

    We made this using fresh salmon and it was outstanding! Let it marinate for 2 hours for the perfect texture, then serve with avocado. Mmmm!
