This could not have been more delicious. I used broth rather than water, salmon instead of calamari and added a bit of spinach at the very end. Unbelievable!!! I can't wait to see how it tastes the next day.

This was an ok recipe. Not sure if I'll try it again...I prefer a seafood curry to this. I used conch, shrimp and scallops. Was quick and easy to prepare though.

This was tasty but not at all spicy, with two jalapenos. With all that expensive seafood, I want something just a bit more special. Next time I'll add something, maybe fennel seeds, for extra flavor.

I made this the other night, but couldn't find calamari anywhere so I used scallops. It was really good, but I was wondering if it'd taste better over barley or something heavier.

Absolutely LOVED this recipe. Super easy directions and inexpensive. If you're cooking for one, it makes lots of leftovers!
