Spicy Seafood Marinade

Yield 2/3 cup


  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup Chablis or other dry white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon and pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried whole tarragon
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried whole rosemary

How to Make It

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add wine, mustard, and seasonings, stirring well. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until mixture is well blended and thoroughly heated. Use sauce as a marinade for fish or shrimp.
