I make this dish often to accompany turkey burgers. It is really delicious and gives the sweet potatoes a great kick. Delicious with tzatziki sauce!

I probably should've cooked mine beyond the instructed 30 minutes as mine weren't crispy enough. They also could've used a bit more seasoning.

Yummy! We love these. After 30 minutes, I stir them one more time, turn off the oven, and put them back in for about 5 more minutes. This helps them crisp up a little more, like "real" fries. After I take them out for the last time, I give them a final shake all over of sea salt.

This went well with Pork Chops. I like the chili powder but made part with just salt. Which was good since the chili powder was a bit too intense for my wife. I'll reuse the basic technique, cut the oil, and be judicious on the spices.
