I make this dish often to accompany turkey burgers. It is really delicious and gives the sweet potatoes a great kick. Delicious with tzatziki sauce!

I probably should've cooked mine beyond the instructed 30 minutes as mine weren't crispy enough. They also could've used a bit more seasoning.

Yummy! We love these. After 30 minutes, I stir them one more time, turn off the oven, and put them back in for about 5 more minutes. This helps them crisp up a little more, like "real" fries. After I take them out for the last time, I give them a final shake all over of sea salt.

This went well with Pork Chops. I like the chili powder but made part with just salt. Which was good since the chili powder was a bit too intense for my wife. I'll reuse the basic technique, cut the oil, and be judicious on the spices.

I made them as directed except added Cajun seasoning to the Baggie. Very good, very flavorful. Softer than regular fries. But, just as good as any deep fried sweet potato fries I've had. And, only 117 cal. Per serving.
