Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Creole mustard or coarse-grained mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chopped capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun or Creole seasoning
