1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Creole mustard or coarse-grained mustard
2 teaspoons chopped capers
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Cajun or Creole seasoning


Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
