  • 2 teaspoons unsalted ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons chopped drained capers
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Creole mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
