Ingredients
- 1/4 cup(s) Butter, softened
- 1 cup(s) Canned Pumpkin
- 2 teaspoon(s) Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 cup(s) Vanilla Frosting
- 1 box(es) Yellow Cake Mix
Preparation
- heat oven to 375 and grease cookie sheets
- 1. mix dry cake mix & pumpkin pie spice and stir in pumpkin & butter until well blended
- 2. drop onto sheets - bake 11-12 minutes - cool & frost
- Note: sometimes I like to add white chocolate chips and not frost or I will sometimes make a glaze with powdered sugar, milk and cinnamon instead of using a canned vanilla frosting
