    My old chef at Bandoleone, Chris Hartfield!! He was the BEST at ribs, and basically anything pork and grilled. In fact, it was because of this recipe that I started eating pork again after a 20 year hiatus :-) You'll love this recipe and anything by Hartfield

    Awesome. Received rave reviews from my guest whose tastes ranged from "like it hot" to those who didn't. Just enough heat and spiciness. Loved it. Paste can be obtained from Amazon.com for those who live in small communities without access to gourmet foods.
