The famous peanut butter and celery duo just got better! The twist on the classic combination walks a bit on the spicy side with a dash of ground red pepper. It’s sure to be a crowd pleaser.
2 ounces 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons peanut butter
12 (2 1/2-inch-long) celery sticks
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
How to Make It
Combine softened cream cheese and peanut butter in a medium bowl. Beat with a mixer at medium speed for 1 minute or until light and fluffy. Place peanut butter mixture in a small zip-top bag or a pastry bag with a star tip. Pipe about 2 teaspoons peanut butter mixture into each celery stick. Sprinkle evenly with ground red pepper.
