Spicy Pasta Cucumber Salad

    I've made an almost identical recipe with out the pasta (Sesame-Miso Cucumber Salad, Cooking Light May 2011) and the same great flavors work really well with the linguine. The pasta makes the dish more filling. It's become a standard side dish for me. It's hard to fine actual miso but the soy sauce still tastes great.

    Totally and utterly delish!! This will be a fab addition to our meals!!! I added red peppers, a bit of parsley and some ginger. It was very flavorful before adding my own flair to it. I also BBQ'd a chicken breast marinated in Asian flavors. This was super yummy!
