- 2 pounds all-purpose potatoes OR sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 450°. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.
Toss all ingredients in large bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Arrange potatoes in single layer on prepared sheet. Bake, turning once, 50 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crisp.
