Absolutely the best hummus recipe I have EVER made. I had to use stone ground mustard because I had no dijon (so I only used a little since it is stronger) but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. It was the hit of my appetizer-ladened gathering and I will make it for years to come.
I thought this was fantastic. I don't like tahini so I used sunflower oil instead. I like fresh ginger so I grated some and used instead of dried. I will definitely make this for guests and myself again. I served with spicy brown rice chips.
