After owning my own restaurants, I love to experiment and just toss ingredients together. This recipe is a great addition to any dish you want to serve with a salad.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 16 cups torn iceberg lettuce
Preparation
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake. Pour over lettuce; toss.
