Looking for a super quick and easy way to serve red snapper? This Spicy Lemon Red Snapper recipe will do the trick! Compliment with lemon wedges for the ultimate seafood experience.
4 (4-ounce) red snapper fillets
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon black and red pepper blend (such as McCormick's)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Lemon wedges (optional)
How to Make It
Place fish in a large shallow dish; pour lemon juice over fish. Let stand 5 minutes.
While fish marinates, combine pepper blend and next 3 ingredients. Remove fish from lemon juice, discarding juice. Rub pepper mixture over both sides of fillets.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°). Place fish on rack or in a grill basket coated with cooking spray; grill, covered, 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
