Spicy Horseradish Sauce
This recipe goes with Prime Rib with Spicy Horseradish Sauce
Yield: Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Preparation
- Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill one hour. Serve with beef, pork, steamed shrimp, as a sandwich spread, on baked potatoes, or as a dip for chips or raw vegetables.
