- 2 tablespoon(s) hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) Asian chili-garlic sauce
- 1 1/2 pound(s) skirt steak cut into 4 pieces
- Stir together hoisin sauce and chili-garlic sauce. Brush the steak with mixture. Grill 2-3 minutes per side over med-high heat. Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
