1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over both sides of chicken, pressing lightly to adhere. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes on each side or until done.
