Place fish in a shallow baking dish. Combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients, stirring well; pour over fish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade. Place marinade in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, and set aside.
Place fish in a grill basket coated with cooking spray; grill 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting often with reserved marinade. Serve immediately.
