Spicy Grilled Corn
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ears fresh corn, shucked
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons butter mixture on each ear of corn, and wrap each ear in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Grill corn over high heat (400° to 500°) 20 minutes, turning frequently.
