Spicy Grilled Corn

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 ears fresh corn, shucked

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons butter mixture on each ear of corn, and wrap each ear in heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Grill corn over high heat (400° to 500°) 20 minutes, turning frequently.
