- 1 1/2 pounds haricots verts or green beans
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic

- 1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add haricots verts. Cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add garlic and crushed red pepper. Remove from heat; stir in vinegar, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
