Spicy Ginger-and-Orange Chicken with Broccoli

    Very easy to make and very delicious. I used chicken tenders instead of breasts. Other vegetables could be added as well. Will definitely make this again. Rated "9" out of "10". I made it as an everyday meal, but would certainly make it for special occasions.

    I give this 4 stars only because I preferred it with a change or two. I always buy the frozen chicken cutlets, so that's what I used. I think asparagus (if it is available) makes a better dish than broccoli which is so over-used these days. Also I added cashews to this dish for an extra crunch. Really quite tasty. Oh, I forgot to say that I left out the sesame oil because I do not like it in anything.

    Made this recipe and it was ok. I didn't understand the reason behind the instruction of dredging the chicken in cornstarch. This created a thick brown slimy paste. Replace this step and simply cook the chicken with a little olive oil is much better.

    Really good!! I used clementines instead of regular oranges and left out the cornstarch and it turned out great. Much healthier alternative to take out. Delicious!
