    Made this tonight with some of the 8 million cucumbers we have coming out of our garden right about now. It was DELICIOUS! My husband really liked it too. I will definitely be making this again and I wouldn't change a thing.

    Excellent side dish for a thai dinner. I served it with chicken and pork sates and sticky rice. I made the recipe as written and would not change anything.

    I've made this recipe many times, and it always turns out great. It's an excellent salad to pair with "Broiled Tilapia with Thai Coconut-Curry Sauce".
