This recipe can be made with leftover cranberry sauce from your big turkey day celebration. A great way to spice up the old cranberry tradition, literally.
Makes about 1 1/3 cups
Total time: 7 Minutes
1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cup taco sauce
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt to taste
Microwave cranberry sauce, taco sauce, minced chipotle pepper, chili powder, and ground cumin at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring halfway through. Season with salt to taste.
