Spicy Corn Relish

Spicy Corn Relish

"Making special condiments is something of a summer ritual for my mother and me. Corn relish adds spice to otherwise plain chicken tenders or roast pork." -Nancy Smith Midgette, Gibsonville, NC

Cooking Light AUGUST 2004
