This mayonnaise can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
