3 tablespoons Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
1/4 cup jalapeno pepper jelly or mango chutney
8 cups mixed salad greens or baby spinach leaves
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken (about 12 oz.)
1 medium red or golden delicious apple, thinly sliced
How to Make It
In small bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise with jelly; set aside.
To serve, arrange salad greens on serving platter, then top with chicken, apple and mayonnaise mixture.
