Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 (8-ounce) catfish fillets

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; sprinkle over catfish.

  2. Cook catfish in a hot, lightly greased 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork.
