  • 3 dozen chicken wings (about 3 pounds)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (1-ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons ground red pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat blue cheese dressing


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. 2. Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at joint. Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. 3. Combine hot sauce, water, soup mix, and red pepper. Brush chicken with half of hot sauce mixture.
  4. 4. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; turn chicken, and brush with remaining hot sauce mixture. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Serve warm with dressing.
