Spicy Buffalo Wings

Yield 36 servings (serving size: 1 wing and 2 teaspoons dressing)
The wings you order at sports bars often have a sweet barbecue sauce covering them. The sauce for the recipe here contains mostly hot sauce, so the carbs stay low.

Ingredients

  • 3 dozen chicken wings (about 3 pounds)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (1-ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons ground red pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat blue cheese dressing
