Spicy Braised Short Ribs With Peach Gravy and Green Rice

    This was my first time making short ribs and I was a little hesitant b/c they didn't look very meaty. I thought they turned out very good though. It was really tasty but I agree that it was a little on the spicy side. I will decrease the chili powder by half next time I make it. I would recommend this recipe based on flavor and easy prep/cooking time.

    I recently made this recipe and it was a hit. The peach flavoring adds a fun, sweet, surprising twist to traditional ribs but the spice brings it back home.
