Spicy Anchovy Broccoli

No more boring veggies when you serve up Spicy Anchovy Broccoli. Minced anchovies and crushed red pepper make this side dish come alive.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 drained and minced anchovy fillets
  • 4 cups broccoli florets, steamed

Preparation

Heat canola oil, thyme, lemon rind, crushed red pepper, kosher salt, minced garlic, and minced anchovy fillets in a small skillet over medium heat; cook 2 minutes or until garlic begins to sizzle. Add steamed broccoli florets; toss to coat.
