Spiced Shrimp with Peach Salsa

    I only made the spiced shrimp, which was excellent. I sautee the shrimp in olive oil and butter and at the end added a squeeze of lime juice. I served the shrimp with CL Grape & Cucumber Salsa. Will definitely make again.

    I make this recipe all the time. I love sweet and spicy and this fits the bill - both the salsa and the shrimp are spicy but have a sweet side that balances it out perfectly. Make sure you use ripe peaches with a lot of flavor. Serve with something that you can also put that salsa on like rice or quinoa. Great summer-time meal.
