Spiced Salmon Kebabs (Tandoori Rawas)

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This recipe needs a little prep with the 2 hours to marinade - but I often do it in the morning before work. The fish cools quickly cut into chunks so we often eat this during the dog days of summer when room temp food is welcome. If you want a little fruitiness - make a peach or plum chutney. We eat ours with cucumber raita or a Jerusalem salad.
