Spiced Pumpkin Soup with Ginger Browned Butter

    I make this soup every fall. I leave out the ginger brown butter and the brown sugar to save on calories. It is still sweet and delicious.

    The amount of fresh ginger specified in the recipe over-powered the entire taste of the soup. If I do this again, I will use one-third of the recommened amount.
