this was not fantastic. not bad, but not good enough to try again. i liked the sweetness but the bourbon didn't work for me.

An excellent 5 ingredient, 15 minute recipe. Instead of grilling on a hot summer day, broiled the pork tenderloin about 9 minutes each side with thermometer. Took marinade and added 1/4 chicken broth and boiled for sauce. Very tasty and my fiance enjoyed it as well. I told him he could easily prepare and cook it as well. :)

This is my family's *favorite* pork meal, 2nd only to my recipe for pulled pork. We bake at 400 in winter when grilling is not practical. Also use a better quality top shelf bourbon as that is what imparts most of the flavor. I marinate in the pan in which it cooks and keep the marinade in the pan while it cooks. Every time I've served it to company they love it! Tender and moist, flavorful and different. Be sure to use the meat thermometer and not over cook it. Served with rice or noodles it's delicious! I always have a BIG salad too. I have made it at least 20 times and it is consistently delicious.
