3 (6-inch) pita rounds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
Preheat oven to 400°. Brush pita rounds with olive oil. Slice pitas into wedges, and place on a baking sheet. Bake 6 minutes. Stir together salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Sprinkle pita wedges with salt mixture. Bake 2 minutes or until crisp. Sprinkle with cilantro.
