Spiced Pecans

This recipe goes with Crispy Smoked Quail Salad

  • Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients; spread in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring once.
