Spiced Oven Fries

Serves 4 (serving size: 6 wedges)


  • 3 (8-ounce) baking potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Dash of ground red pepper

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 450° (place baking sheet in oven as it preheats). Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Combine potatoes, canola oil, paprika, oregano, salt, cumin, and ground red pepper; toss to coat. Arrange potatoes on preheated pan in a single layer. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes or until browned, stirring after 15 minutes.
