Combine cocoa mix and coffee in a large mug, stirring until blended.
Microwave milk at HIGH 30 seconds or until hot; stir into cocoa mixture. Add sweetener and cinnamon; stir until blended. Top with whipped topping. Dust with cocoa, if desired. Serve immediately.
