Place the first 8 ingredients in a food processor, and pulse 2 to 3 times or until combined. Rub chicken with marinade, and place in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal, and marinate in refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
Prepare grill or broiler.
Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and cook 6 minutes on each side or until done.
