Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Dash of ground nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill.
