Spiced Coconut-Cherry Mold

    This recipe tastes good, but it's a very strange color. It is not white as the picture shows, but a funny gray-beige color because of the spices in it. My husband said it looked like gravy. If I made it again (doubtful) I would reduce the cinnamon because it overpowers the coconut milk. It tasted like a cinnamon roll. Not bad, but just an odd color and flavor for a gelatin salad.
