I make a similar salad and also add an avocado to make it even more delicous. I have also used mango and blueberries. My family loves blue cheese or gorgonzola so it is always devoured. Looking forward to trying the salad dressing with the pomegrante juice.

Delicious and quite easy. I left out the dried cranberries and since they were in season, bought a whole pomegranate and added the seeds. If they are not in season, I will definitely use dried cranberries. If you are unfamiliar with how to "open and seed" a pomegranate, you may want to read how on a web site. Is it easy but messy, and the seeds are DELICIOUS!! Good for a ladies'' luncheon (if you are concerned that everyone will not like the Gorgonzola or Blue cheese, offer both Gorgonzola and crumbled goat cheese, and let your guests choose. I grilled the chicken on my indoor Jenn-Aire, but might conisder using rotisserie chicken if pressed for time.

made this today - the dressing is wonderful - didn't have any Gorgonzola Cheese, so used Feta . Will for sure make this again.

Have not made this recipe, however I noticed that it call for a sprayed cooking oil in a nonstick pot. Canned spray oil will ruin the surface of a non-stick pot, so you might want to wipe it down with an oil instead. Happy Eating!

This is definitely a keeper & will be a company salad/meal! I cooked the chicken on my faux Foreman grill. I used canned mandarin oranges instead of fresh, bleu cheese crumbles & sliced almonds.
