This frappé is essentially the chilled version of a chai latte, perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up. Top each with a dollop of reduced-calorie whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.

Ingredients

1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup sugar
4 chai tea bags
2 cups ice
1/2 cup 1% reduced-fat milk

Preparation

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until thoroughly chilled.

2. Place tea mixture, ice, and milk in a blender; process until smooth. Immediately pour frappé evenly into 2 glasses.
