Spiced Beef Tenderloin

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This worked fantastic. I couldn't afford the tenderloin so used Tri Tip roast. I had a huge Christmas party, and the crowd couldn't eat enough of it. I borrowed a meat slicer and sliced it thin (to make it go farther) and it was incredible on a roll with some spicy mustard.
