Ingredients

  • Butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • 2 very ripe bananas, split lengthwise
  • 2 cups vanilla fat-free, no-sugar-added ice cream

Preparation

  1. 1. Melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add brown sugar substitute, vanilla, and cinnamon; cook 1 minute or until sugar substitute dissolves.
  2. 2. Arrange banana in pan; cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning once. Spoon banana mixture evenly over 1/2-cup portions of ice cream.
