1. Melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add brown sugar substitute, vanilla, and cinnamon; cook 1 minute or until sugar substitute dissolves.
2. Arrange banana in pan; cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning once. Spoon banana mixture evenly over 1/2-cup portions of ice cream.
