- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 5 whole(s) apples cored and chopped
- 1 cup(s) apple cider
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, combine all of the ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, for approximately 15 minutes. Remove the cinnamon sticks, then process with a hand wand, through a food mill, or mash using a potato masher.
